Welcome to Frameflow Creatives. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and the provision of our creative services, located at www.frameflowcreatives.com. By accessing this website and hiring our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Frameflow Creatives offers professional creative services, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design & Branding
• Motion Graphics & 2D Animation
• Video Editing & Post-Production
• Custom Illustration & UI/UX Design

2. Payment Terms

• Package-Based: Fees for services are described in our package plans (Starter, Professional, or Custom) listed on our website or proposed via email.
• Deposit & Results: For custom projects, a 50% upfront deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before the delivery of final non-watermarked files.
• Currency: All payments are processed in the currency specified in our invoices.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Briefing: The client must provide clear instructions, all necessary brand assets (logos, fonts, images, etc.), and timely feedback.
• Approvals: Delays in feedback and approvals may result in a delay in the delivery of final deliverables.

4. Revision Policy

• We offer revisions based on the specific plan chosen.
• Revisions apply to the original brief provided. New requests outside the initial scope may be treated as additional tasks and subject to additional charges.
• Once the final files are approved and delivered, any further changes will require a fee or new project.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final high-resolution files for their project.
• Portfolio: Frameflow Creatives reserves the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
• Unused Concepts: Any design concepts or drafts not selected by the client remains the intellectual property of Frameflow Creatives.

6. Delivery Timelines

• We aim to deliver initial drafts within a standard of 3–7 business days. Complex video projects like 2D animation and video editing may take longer.
• Frameflow Creatives is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide assets or feedback in a timely manner.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Clients can cancel a project at any time. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced to cover the time and resources used.
• If Frameflow Creatives is unable to complete a project due to internal reasons, all payments including deposits for that specific project will be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

Frameflow Creatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or a delay in delivery. We provide creative assets, but the legal right and copyright of the brand name and content are the client's responsibility.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
