Welcome to Frameflow Creatives. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our creative services, located at www.frameflowcreatives.com.

By accessing this website and hiring our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Frameflow Creatives offers professional creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design & Branding
  • Motion Graphics & 2D Animation
  • Video Editing & Post-Production
  • Custom Illustrations & UI/UX Design

2. Payment Terms

  • Packages: Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the chosen package (Starter, Professional, or Studio) as listed on our website or as quoted via email.
  • Payment Schedule: For custom projects, a 50% upfront deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before the delivery of final non-watermarked files.
  • Currency: All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Briefing: The client must provide clear instructions and all necessary brand assets (logos, fonts, images) required for the project.
  • Feedback: Timely feedback is essential. Delays in client response may result in shifted delivery dates.

4. Revision Policy

  • We offer revisions based on the package selected.
  • Revisions apply to the original brief provided. Any major change in the project scope or a new concept requested after work has started may incur additional charges.
  • Once the final files are approved and delivered, any further changes will be treated as a new project.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final high-resolution files for their project.
  • Portfolio Rights: Frameflow Creatives retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
  • Unused Concepts: Any design concepts or drafts not selected by the client remain the intellectual property of Frameflow Creatives.

6. Delivery Timelines

  • We aim to deliver most graphic design assets within 1-3 business days. However, complex projects like 2D animations or detailed video editing may take longer.
  • Frameflow Creatives is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues beyond our control or late client feedback.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Clients can cancel a project at any time. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced to cover the time and resources spent.
  • If Frameflow Creatives is unable to complete a project due to internal reasons, a full refund of the amount paid for that specific project will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

Frameflow Creatives will not be held liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from the use of our designs or any delay in delivery. We provide creative assets, but the final legal usage and copyright of the brand name/content are the client’s responsibility.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
